I bought this CD last weekend and listen thru it many times, one song realy did something, song number 8, Come Burn with Me- I listen to this in my semi truck driving down the road on Tuesday and had this song on repeat, I must of listen to it four to five times till I felt drunk. I thought man if I get caught like this the police might just arrest me for O.U.I.O.G (Operating Under the Influence of God) God Bless all of us. Gary Farmer

This CD opens the gates of Heaven, commune and sing with friends and see what I mean! We were visited by Angels while singing track 9 & 10. They appeared as dancing lights, 2 of them to be exact. We laughed like school children while immersed in the presence of God. Truly Kim Walker is married to Christ as she expresses it in every ounce of her music. God Bless You Kim and the Jesus Culture Band, and thank you for being a living sacrifice for Jesus!

I downloaded the MP3 album from Bethel's web store. In a nutshell, I find the Spontaneous Songs the most compelling and inspiring. They're more attractive to my ears and heart than the very songs they flow out of. Interesting... Talk about a sense of the power of the Spirit when you listen! I find myself coming back to listen again & again. I'm a worship leader at a church of over 1000 members and haven't ever heard a worship record like this before. Kim's voice is amazing - deep, sometimes sultry, not too high like most women of worship, really tight vibrato. The JCM band are spot on. Great arrangements and overall mix. Lots of space in the arrangements to allow for Kim's on-the-spot Spirit moments - and there are plenty. You can hear the places where the Spirit leads Kim, she follows, and so does the band. One major flaw is the verbal "filler". Her "ha-ha's" and "yeah-yeah's" are over the top and a huge distraction. I believe this is spiritual warfare - the enemy inserting a distraction from a powerful, prophetic voice. If they released a new version with all the "ha-ha's" muted, I would pay twice as much for it. :)

Kim Walkers heart and passion for worship is so incredible! This cd is incredible!!! I love the spontaneous songs after every written song; it makes me feel free to sing my heart during worship and not always just sing what is written. 'Here is my song' and 'We cry out' are all we've been listening to recently. There is something in these written and spontaneous songs that is echoing the hearts of the church, and expressing the desires and passions that are being exposed in people's hearts. Kim's devotion, passion, and unquenchable love for the Father are infectious in this album. The idea of including so many spontaneous songs is brilliant and such a blessing. It also gives a clear view of where the heart is in this album, which is about the heart of the Father and wanting/needing to draw close to Him. I cannot commend this album and artist enough. I had never heard kim walker sing, and i was given this cd. and i put it on to meditate before i went to bed and even though i was extremely sleepy, i could not fall asleep. i stayed up to listen and praise, and pray, and just meditate on the words. i was in awe, of how awsome she ministered. the Lord uses her tremendously to spread the good news. thank you kim, for ur awsome praise to our king.
