This message is not just for church leaders.  Whenever we build, people need to be pastored.  This includes business, education, government & health care.  As this apostolic move of God increases, it is essential that the pastor is supernatural.  The greatest enemy of the supernatural pastor is the fear of false hope, and yet when our hope is in Jesus there can be no false hope.  Paul says to the Romans, "Hope does not disappoint."  In no way does this mean that the care of people is overlooked but rather it is done with eyes firmly set on creating a culture of Hope.
