Our lives as men are full of opportunities and challenges. God has invited us to join Him in the greatest adventure of all as co-laborers with Him on earth. Men are built to long for this opportunity and only be truly satisfied through this experience. As well, we've all experienced events that have undermined our courage, competence and confidence. For many of us, these are passed through our own fathers or other significant men in our lives. I do not go to Bethel (only visited once), so I didn't know Danny Silk at all. If you know Danny and like his style/content, by all means go for it and purchase it. Just to give a little background on me -- I have listened to a LOT of material like this since my own church in San Jose (The River Church Community) has a very good men's ministry. I actually haven't participated for several months since I've been really busy, and was hoping that this mp3 would give me the information I needed to move forward as one of God's sons. Unfortunately, this mp3 fell far short of my expectations. The material was not very compelling and it was hard to follow. Danny spends some time talking about his own journey as a man (which is fine), but overall I didn't find the information helpful. I would not recommend this mp3.
