Heaven is filled with freedom.  Freedom that people long to experience.  God in His wisdom has created a funnel that reaches from Heaven to Earth.  This funnel is most commonly referred to as the "Five-fold Ministry."  Apostles pull the "Master Plan" down from what they see in Heaven and evangelists make sure it is distributed to the lost.  The "flow" therefore depends on the honor and value each anointing has for the other.  This message will challenge the way you see both church government and governors.
