I downloaded the file, but I don't know where it went on my computer. Can you help me? The download location for computer is a setting that you can change, so we don't be able to tell you where the file is. You will need to search for the file. We have conveniently named all of our files to include the author name and the title of the media in the filename, so you can search your computer for that file.
Windows Users: Right click on the start menu, then select search. You can search for the file here.
Macintosh Users: Click on the spotlight in the top right, then search for the title to locate it on your computer.
I right click on the download button to save the file to my computer, and a blank document appears on my desktop, or a document with gibberish. What am I doing wrong? You are unable to right click and save the file to the desktop, this will create a blank or unreadable document. You will need to click on the download button, and it will redirect you to your download.

By default we encode all speech audio at 48kbps. However, we felt the need to make another version available at 24kbps to cater to dial-up customers or people with a slower internet connection.
The only difference between 24kbps and 48kbps is audio quality (48kbps is double the quality). If you have the time, it is recommended to download the 48kbps version for optimum listening.
