We appreciate your interest in Bethel's School of Transformation. Please allow me the opportunity to introduce to you our purpose in having yet another school here at Bethel Church.
Our main focus for this school is to introduce leaders and lay leaders to the key steps we've taken as a church to produce the environment and culture we now experience.
This last decade is filled with developmental steps that have all worked together to create Bethel's supernatural world. For many watching from a distance, it is easy to miss these steps and the vital processes within each of these steps.
The School of Transformation is designed to slow down our fast paced world for you to see how these processes work and how we implement them here. One such key process is the marriage of the Apostolic/Prophetic leadership with the Pastoral care of the flock. Without understanding the strong need for honor and value for the five-fold gifts, our environment of life and freedom is not possible. Without a skill set to manage conflict and mistakes, our leadership model does not work.
Our hope is for you to learn about our culture by both seeing and experiencing it.
In the end, we know that leaders will learn how to build these processes into their own cultures. Each team that passes through this school leaves with a revitalized sense of honor and understanding. Here some feedback from some from these teams:

For four days our staff team will pour into one of your Senior Leaders and a Lay Leader of their choice. The reason for this model is to position your church to benefit from this school from the "top" down. We do not want to create any schism or threat to your senior leadership team. Therefore, we require that your initial Phase 1 School attendance include at least one chief decision maker from your church.
With each succeeding school, our momentum increases in intensity and effectiveness toward accomplishing our goals. Our primary goal is to help you build your church.
