    Leading in Emotional Health

    Releasing the Healers
    Chris Gore

While the Bethel Healing Rooms are a place where people come to receive healing, our aim is to equip the body of Christ with the revelation of the One who lives in them. We as the body then become portable healing rooms, taking healing outside of the church. As we go, we become salt and light to those around us, taking Jesus into every sphere of society and into the dark places on earth. Releasing healing is actually easier than you think. In this lab, you will be encouraged, stirred, and released into the ease of Heaven for greater breakthrough. We will delve into understanding the topic of healing and the Healer that lives in you. Chris will also share how Bethel takes healing outside the walls of the church and into the community.

    Inspired Identity
    Ben Armstrong - Prophetic

There is a world of people waiting for someone to believe in them. Inside every one of us is a desire to be known and believed in. The foundation of the prophetic is steeped in the discovery of who people really are, building upon belief in people and in them realizing their inspired identity. This lab will unpack how to operate in the prophetic to inspire individuals and communities to their fullest potential.

    Biblical Optimism
    Steve & Wendy Backlund

God loves to partner with those who seem unreasonably optimistic. This session will unlock the power of the unstoppable force of hope. Our influence level is largely determined by our hope level, but Biblical hope is not something we try to emotionally pump up. It is the fruit of having good beliefs about God, ourselves, others and our circumstances. Come join the Backlunds as they give you the tools to demolish the stronghold of pessimism through revelation of the promises of God and of your true identity in Christ.

Keys to Cause a City to Prosper
    Andy Mason

How can an individual or organization (business or non-profit) benefit the wellbeing of a city? What does it look like to be salt and light in our local economy? As believers, are we even responsible? We are on a journey of learning how to partner with, and serve the economy of our city. Come hear the stories and some practical keys that you can apply in your own realm or location.

    Risk Made Easy
    Joaquin Evans

Living a lifestyle of Kingdom risk is not based on outcomes but the position of the heart. We have learned to put so much pressure on ourselves, which does not reflect the heart of the Father. Jesus has paid the price for radical breakthroughs but, like every good Father, He also enjoys walking out the process of getting to these breakthrough with us. In this workshop, we will reveal truths that will take the pressure off of taking risks and set you free to live in the overflow that Jesus intends for you.

    Structure, Systems & Revival
    Aaron Tesauro and Team

We will take a look at what God has to say about administration and how those who carry this gift can thrive in a revival culture. This session is a mixture of the spiritual and practical application of walking out the vital role of an administrator. We will also discuss the importance of systems, structure, and strategic communications and how they serve the vision.

    Social Justice & The Gospel
    Lance Jacobs

Jesus rights wrongs in the earth. The Gospel is God's justice made tangible, the restoration and healing of things broken by injustice and oppression. This restoration happens both in our individual relationships with Him and in His Kingdom manifesting solutions to major injustices in our generation: fatherlessness, human trafficking, poverty, etc. He addresses the real issues and needs of the earth with His love, His righteousness and His power, bringing transformation and Life. We’re gathering in this session to be exposed to the testimony of Jesus alive in our day and to find contact points that lead to greater Kingdom impact. This is an interactive breakout session both for those already working societal transformation at various levels and for those who want to learn how to begin.

Facilitated by Lance Jacobs who oversees Bethel’s Twin View Campus and co-leads, along with Jordan Pacilio, Bethel’s City Team.
