Chuck Parry's life is marked by both faith and the miraculous. He has seen food multiplied, storms move out of the way, the supply of Heaven released through supernatural finances, and countless people healed and transformed. His passion is to see people fully alive and walking out their Kingdom purposes. During his 20 years as a Pastor in Colorado, Chuck lead ministry teams and taught Pastors Conferences in Russia, Africa and the Philippines. He is now the Associate Director of the Healing Rooms and author of the book Free-Falling: True Stories of One Man's Leap Into the Miraculous.

Laura Griffis is the pastor for our 5th and 6th graders here at Bethel. With over twenty years of experience in children’s ministry she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Laura has a huge heart to develop and train children who are called as leaders to their generation. She has a passion to activate children to advance the Kingdom now while they are young. Her specific training is focused on character and identity as well as the “supernatural” lifestyle they were born for. Laura has been married to her husband Jim for 35 years; they have a wonderful daughter and son-in law and are thoroughly enjoying their twin granddaughters who are toddlers.

Seth is the Children’s Pastor for Kingdom Kids at Bethel Church as well as overseer of Bethel’s Sidewalk Sunday School. One of Seth’s passions is to equip a generation that encounters God and experiences His works (Judges 2:10-11). He also lives to see leaders who work with children become spiritually healthy, and get equipped to bring revival to their ministries.

Janine Mason has a background is in people development, adult training and project management, for both non‐profit and profit‐based organizations. In addition to being a wonderful mother to four children, Janine is known for her perceptive questions that quickly help clients get to the heart of the matter and develop practical and holistic approaches for moving forward. Andy Mason comes from New Zealand and has 15+ years experience helping individuals and organizations discover and align with purpose, then develop practical steps to make dreams a reality. He has worked for a national consultancy firm and leading financial institution as well as investing in international community development. Andy is the director of Heaven in Business and together with his wife, Janine, leads Dream Culture – a movement catalyzing people to discover and live their dreams. Jason Hedge serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bethel Church in Redding, California. He applies his business background of management and staff development to coach leaders to raise up kingdom minded managers, support supernatural administrators and create cultural reformation. Matt grew up in a home filled with music in a small farming town in southern Wisconsin. He always loved music and started playing the piano at age 5. He began writing music early on and finished his first song when he was only 6. He later taught himself to play guitar in his early teens.
After finishing high school, he enrolled in a small music college in Lakeland, Tennessee, where he studied audio production and engineering. After completing the program, he transferred to a liberal arts school in Springfield, Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcasting and journalism.
He graduated in 2006 and then took a job at a small church in New London, New Hampshire. There he served and was mentored by the worship leader for several months. After his mentor moved away, Matt took over the worship leaders position and worked there until moving to Redding in 2009.
