GTI: DISCovering You

A Global Transformation Institute Conference
Great Room - College View Campus

This three day event takes the information about your unique behavioral style (from the DISC Performance Profile) and engages you in an interactive learning process to practice new tools to improve understanding and connection with those you lead, those who lead you and even your friends and family at home. This workshop is highly recommended as an essential GTI foundational training.

First you will dig deeper into your understanding of who you are, the value you bring to a team and your Leadership Aptitudes. Secondly, you will discover the value of the differences of people around you and how to realize the benefit those differences bring. Finally, you will practice communication tools to improve your connection and effectiveness in relationship.

Participants will need to complete a DISC assessment prior to attending the event ($95 value included in the registration cost). The link for this assessment will be provided following online registration.

"The DISC workshop is of immense value. I found it really useful to gain a better understanding of myself and how I operate. This in turn leads me to have a far greater understanding of those around me and how they perceive me so I can interrelate and make myself better understood by others. I would HIGHLY recommend DISC Workshop to others." - David

After finishing high school, he enrolled in a small music college in Lakeland, Tennessee, where he studied audio production and engineering. After completing the program, he transferred to a liberal arts school in Springfield, Missouri, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcasting and journalism.
He graduated in 2006 and then took a job at a small church in New London, New Hampshire. There he served and was mentored by the worship leader for several months. After his mentor moved away, Matt took over the worship leaders position and worked there until moving to Redding in 2009.
