Developer Position

We are seeking a talented PHP/LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP) software developer with experience programming for high volume and high traffic websites in a Unix/Linux environment.

You would be responsible for

Back-end application development on UNIX/Linux OS using PHP

Work part of a team to architect and build software with scalability and complexity

Requirements

Strong PHP5 coding

Custom PHP/MySQL coding

Working knowledge of MySQL and basic database optimization concepts

Must be able to code for Unix or Linux OS

Ability to communicate effectively with business side clients to gather and translate functional specs

Experience working with AJAX

Website architecture planning

Security updates

Bug fixes

Client contact throughout development process

Work closely with other developers and designers

Search Engine Optimization

Focus on Object Oriented Programming

Focus on social networks

Geographic Requirements
