In this school we will give PASTORAL LEADERSHIP TEAMS the practical tools and infrastructure that the Lord has raised up here at Bethel to connect, heal, strengthen, disciple, train, equip and pastor a revival culture! You will be trained and provided manuals and other materials that will equip you to reproduce these structures in your own church.
In this school we will describe our approaches to: Small Groups – Adult Home Groups – Family Home Groups – Young Adult Core/Home Group - Core Groups – TLC Groups (transformation leading to community) – Domino Ministry (Post Abortion) – Mother’s Parenting Workshop – Men’s Purity Pursuit – Hospitality Strategies – Love After Marriage workshops.

Lori is the Community Life pastor here at Bethel. Being a fourth generation pastor, Lori brings a wealth of experience and excels at helping people belong, be known and become by connecting and building intimate relationships within the body. Lori and her husband Barry have been married for 30 years and have raised 4 sons.
