Bethel Church Children’s Leaders School of Transformation is an opportunity for those who are called into children’s ministry to connect with children’s leaders who lead children into an encounter with God. Making the transition from traditional children’s ministry to a signs and wonders culture requires learning how to think differently about the way that we lead this generation. We offer leadership in the areas of Christian schools, pre-school and nursery, sozo for children, and developing identity in the individual child. We also will introduce leading children in areas such as worship, healing, prophecy and prayer, as well as developing a children’s school of ministry.

Instructors
Deborah Reed is a forerunner in children’s ministries with an anointing to lead and train both adults and children to be released in the Holy Spirit. She has ministered worldwide, training and equipping the church to raise up the next generation to walk in the fullness of their destiny in Jesus Christ. Deborah is the director of children’s ministries at Bethel Church.
Don Mayer is the principle of Bethel Christian School. He leads the delicate balance between revival and academic excellence. He has great wisdom in leading a generation of children in the Christian school field without compromising a move of God. He is a father to both the children and to his team.
Deanna Warner has just the tools to help equip you and your team in raising up a mighty generation that will take the nations for Jesus, starting with their family, friends, daycare and favorite community playground. Deanna Warner is the Nursery/Pre-School Pastor at Bethel Church.
Eric Payne has been Bethel Church’s Children’s Pastor for the last 3 ½ years. He was trained for several years under Mike Seth. His passion is to be a father to the fatherless and therefore he loves outreach and evangelism. He oversees Bethel Supernatural School of Ministry outreaches to the public schools. He also trains worship teams for Children’s Ministries and Bethel Christian School.
Laura Griffis has 20 years of experience working in children's ministry and is part of our children’s ministries staff. She is the director of our Kingdom Kids Ministry School and is passionate about training this generation of children to be leaders in the Kingdom now, while they are still young.
Judith D’Amaico is the director of Abba’s Child Learning Center, where children are released from the barriers to effective learning that hinder them from fulfilling God’s purpose for their lives. Judith has a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in counseling psychology. She has over 30 years experience working with children and families in various capacities, including as a counselor, parenting educator, home schooling mom, children’s librarian, and tutor. Judith will teach how to recognize, evoke, and nurture the God given individuality in each child that is entrusted to your care, helping them to achieve a life that is harmonious in spirit, mind, and body, and empowering them to fulfill God’s unique calling for their lives.
Sue Elliott works with the entire family through SOZO ministry in the Transformation Center at Bethel Church. She has been involved with Children’s Ministry since 1993. Sue has a heart to see broken children set free from guilt and shame.
