CHILDRENS LEADERS TRANSFORMATION SCHOOL
February 2 - 5, 2010 August 10 - 13, 2010
The application for both dates is available for download at the bottom of page. Please do not make travel arrangements until your application has been accepted.
Bethel Church Children’s Leaders School of Transformation is an opportunity for those who are called into children’s ministry to connect with children’s leaders who lead children into an encounter with God. Making the transition from traditional children’s ministry to a signs and wonders culture requires learning how to think differently about the way that we lead this generation. We offer leadership in the areas of Christian schools, pre-school and nursery, sozo for children, and developing identity in the individual child. We also will introduce leading children in areas such as worship, healing, prophecy and prayer, as well as developing a children’s school of ministry.
This school will be held at the Gaia Hotel Spa & Conference Center in Anderson, CA. This beautiful upscale hotel and conference center is located just 15 minutes south of Bethel Church. The hotel has given us special room rates for our school at $79.00 plus tax for any room. We are looking forward to having you all at one location so that we can build relationship with you outside of class time. This will also provide the perfect opportunity for each of you to connect with each other and make contacts and glean ideas from other passionate leaders who work with children. For further information: Contact Deanna Lambert at deannal@ibethel.org or 530-246-6000, ext 1215.
Instructors:
Don Mayer is the principal of Bethel Christian School. He has led the way for this amazing educational institution to balance the scholastic development of our children, with the signs and wonders culture that Bethel is know for. Some of our strongest testimonies of healing have come from the lives of these little revivalists. BCS is strong in spiritual development and the arts as well as in the children’s education. Deanna Warner is the Pastor over the Nursery and Pre-School at Bethel Church. She has just the tools to help equip you and your team in raising up a mighty generation that will take the nations for Jesus, starting with their family, friends, daycare and favorite community playground. Some of the most amazing testimonies are coming from this ministry. Deanna has developed a team who understand that they are not a babysitting service, but are connecting weekly with tiny little world changers. They have young children involved in prayer and worship and encounters with God that are breathtaking. The children are being trained and introduced to their “Papa God”. They are seeing angels, praying for each other, and participating in “fire” tunnels. She has recognized the importance of leading the youngest in the church into a loving experience with the Supernatural presence of God. Laura Griffis is the Pastor of Bethel Church's Children’s School of Ministry: Kingdom Kids. Laura has been a children’s pastor for over twenty years, and has the heart to develop children who are called to be leaders in their generation. They are trained in serving as prayer servants; healing rooms; prophetic teams; prophetic art; and worship. She is training them in character and identity as well as the “supernatural” life that they are born for. She pastors the whole child and works closely with parents for ultimate success. Laura is also the administrator for the children's ministries department and is a part of the team that develops conferences and schools including Bethel's Children's Worship School.
Seth Dahl is currently the Sidewalk Sunday School Director at Bethel Church as well as oversees the transportation ministry. He is a 2nd year graduate of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Seth spent 4 years working with Metro Ministries in New York City, a ministry that uses over 55 buses to reach 20,000 children each week. His vision is to see a generation arise that encounters God and does the works of the Father; who will in turn minister to their family, schools and communities, aiming at citywide transformation. Seth is an anointed speaker and is featured often in the Children's Leaders Transformation School at Bethel Church.
The balance of our instructors will vary depending on ministry schedules and will be announced at registration.
