RAY HUGHES 
Ray
Hughes travels in the U.S. and internationally as a speaker, worship
leader, storyteller, singer/songwriter and prophetic voice to regions
and nations. He is
passionate about training and releasing musicians and creative people
into their destinies and the power of their purpose in the world and
the church. He is a prophetic historian continuously re-digging the old
wells of biblical, world and recent history for the purpose of
releasing the fresh word of God for the kingdom today.
BRIAN DOERKSEN 
Canadian recording artist, songwriter and producer, Brian Doerksen has
always had a passion for expressing worship through music. His songs
include "Come Now Is the Time to Worship," "Faithful One," "Refiner's
Fire," "Hope of the Nations," "Today," and most recently "Holy God." He
is also developing a musical of hope based on Luke 15 called "Return."
In May 2006, Brian helped plant a new interdenominational church called
"The Bridge" in Abbotsford, BC where he pastors worship arts and is
also part of the teaching staff.
RITA SPRINGER 
Since age 11, Rita has been playing piano and writing music. "I
remember not being able to talk to anyone about how I felt, but I could
sing anything to God," she recalls. "I now realize that the Lord was
preparing me to minister through music." Recording her song, "Make Us A
Prayer" on the Touching the Father's Heart - Number 12 - Throne of
Grace album, let to Rita's involvement with the Vineyard Music Group.
There she was able to pursue her calling as a worship leader. During
that time of writing and recording, Rita started her own Kindred Joy
label and released two independent CD's just prior to signing with
Floodgate Records. Rita currently travels upwards to 40 weekends a
year, leading worship and teaching worldwide. Although Rita has led
worship for thousands, she has stayed true to an audience of ONE. On
December 1, 2004, Rita adopted her son, Justice Zane Anesu Springer.
Rita and Justice reside in North Carolina, where she bases her ministry
out of Fire Church.
STAFF
KRIS & KATHY VALLOTTON 
Kris
& Kathy Vallotton are the Senior Associate Leaders of Bethel
Church. They are the Senior Overseers of BSSW and both teach in the
school. Kathy is one of the worship leaders at Bethel. She plays
several instruments, writes songs, and ministers prophetically in
music. Her practical wisdom and prophetic insight combine to give her a
unique and profound ministry as both an instructor and the school's
administrator.
BRIAN & JENN JOHNSON 
Brian
and Jenn Johnson are the worship pastors here at Bethel Church. They
have written numerous songs that have become favorites in churches
worldwide. Their simple approach to God and life shows in their worship
and teaching. Brian and Jenn's latest project "We Believe" is a
collection of twelve original worship songs recorded live at Bethel
Church. It has a very creative and modern sound while never losing its
worship soul.
DAN McCOLLAM 
Dan McCollam delivers the Word with a candid humorous style that breaks
down religious barriers and opens the way for God encounters in
healing, the prophetic, and personal renewal. Dan directs the
International Worship Arts Recording school (IWAR), which trains
thousands of prophetic worship leaders, singers, and musicians.
KIM WALKER 
Kim
Walker is an amazing vocalist and worship leader here at Bethel. She is
driven with passion by her love for God which is contagious in her
worship. Kim has written numerous songs and has just released a new CD,
“This is my Song.” She is the Worship Administrator at Bethel Church and also leads worship for Jesus Culture.
