Lenny LaGuardia
For two decades, Lenny LaGuardia and his wife, Tracy have devoted their lives to equipping, empowering and mobilizing young people, parents, and leaders with the thrust of the Kingdom of God and relevant strategies for leading and ministering to children today. Their passion for mobilizing this generation of children and young people to walk in the fullness of Christ and in the power of the Holy Spirit has taken them all over the world as speakers and consultants. Lenny and Tracy currently serve as senior staff members at the International House of Prayer Missions Base in Kansas City, Missouri, where, under the leadership of Mike Bickle they direct and oversee all local national and international ministries relating to children and teens. They have been married 25 years and have 5 children; Lenny, Leatha, Andrea, Adrienne and Shontavion.
Deborah Reed
Deborah Reed is a forerunner in children’s ministries with an anointing to lead and train both adults and children to be released in the Holy Spirit. She has ministered worldwide, training and equipping the church to raise up the next generation to walk in the fullness of their destiny in Jesus Christ. Deborah is the director of children’s ministries at Bethel Church.
Mike Seth
Mike Seth has been a children's ministry leader for over 23 years. His
heart and vision is to see children experience the intimacy and power
of God's love, and to be mightily used in spreading world revival. Mike
is the Children's Director at Grace Center in Franklin, TN, he pastors
children who enter God's presence, hear His voice, and flow in the
gifts of the Holy Spirit.
